We know our clients not only from our desks, but can experience them every day on the way to work, during a walk or in the press coverage. In addition, we regularly advise on the purchase and sale of project properties. Our work lies at the interface between private law and public law, and includes a great deal of content that is relevant to our training.

This includes, among other things, financing of large-volume project developments, corporate and real estate acquisitions and restructuring of companies before or in insolvency. In order to be able to provide tailored advice, it is essential for us to understand the overall economic situation of the financing object. We would like to involve you comprehensively in the drafting and negotiation of various contracts. Due to our diverse mandates, you will quickly gain a comprehensive insight into the various sub-areas of financing and restructuring law.

We will provide you with a mentor who will support you during your time with us in terms of content and organization.
