Growing Together – Our New Team Members Since September 2025

Between September 2025 and January 2026, we were pleased to welcome several dedicated colleagues to our team. They enrich Chatham Partners with their legal expertise, fresh perspectives, and a comprehensive understanding of project management.

Dr. Lauritz Gerlach – Legal Tech Counsel / Associate at Chatham Partners
Dr. Lauritz Gerlach has been a part of our team since January 2026. His focus is on data-intensive mandates and the use of legal technology as well as AI-based solutions in legal case management. His work is complemented by the analysis, standardization, and digitization of legal processes. Lauritz studied at Bucerius Law School and the University of Texas at Austin and earned his doctorate in data protection law.

Mona Heinrich – Associate at Chatham Partners 
Mona Heinrich joined our Real Estate team in November 2025. She provides comprehensive advice to national and international investors, project developers, and the public sector on all real estate law matters. Before joining Chatham Partners, Mona gained extensive practical expertise in real estate and corporate law during her studies and legal training.

Dr. Lennart Marquard – Associate at Chatham Partners
In November 2025, we also welcomed Dr. Lennart Marquard to the Real Estate team. He advises on project developments and transactions in real estate and energy law, with a particular focus on public law issues, especially in construction, environmental, and planning law. Before joining Chatham Partners, he served as a research assistant at the Chair of Public Law, particularly Administrative Law, in Göttingen.

Jonas Einfeldt – Associate at Chatham Partners
Since September 2025, Jonas Einfeldt has been supporting our clients in all matters of commercial and corporate law, with a particular focus on the energy sector. Jonas studied law in Göttingen and, after completing his studies, earned a doctorate in energy law and gained experience at major international law firms.

Danny Blome, LL.M. – Associate at Chatham Partners
Danny Blome has also been strengthening the Energy team since September 2025. He advises energy producers, investors, and project developers in the field of renewable energy as well as on real estate matters. Danny previously completed his legal clerkship at Chatham Partners and is thus returning to his former workplace. 

We are delighted to have five new colleagues join our team and contribute their valuable expertise, and we look forward to continuing to grow our firm together and providing successful legal services to our clients.
