Dr. Joyce von Marschall contributed a publication to the celebration of the 200th anniversary of the Higher Regional Court of Hamm with the title "Mining Law through the ages". Within the scope of her publication she dealt with the public law requirements for deep geothermal energy projects with special consideration of mining law.
