Dr. Joyce von Marschall
After finishing her legal clerkship
in Hamburg and New York, Joyce von Marschall obtained a doctorate from the
Bucerius Law School on the planning and admission of onshore wind energy
installations. Before joining Chatham Partners Joyce von Marschall worked
for the international law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP in Hamburg in
the field of public commercial law.
Joyce von Marschall advises mainly on renewable energy projects (in particular offshore and onshore wind, geothermal energy and grid expansion) as well as real estate project developments. She is specialised in planning and approval procedures. Thereby she conducted numerous dispute proceedings before administrative courts as well as ordinary courts.
