Dr. Carina Lübberding
Carina Lübberding advises national and international clients on all matters relating to commercial and corporate law. The focus of her work includes complex national and international M&A transactions and the structuring of joint ventures, particularly in the energy sector.
Carina Lübberding studied law at the University of Osnabrück and, subsequently, completed her doctorate on the topic of "European and Islamic Law in the Civil Code of the United Arab Emirates". During her doctoral studies, she taught and researched at the European Legal Studies Institute in Osnabrück and worked for several months as a research assistant in the Hamburg office of a major international law firm in the Corporate/M&A department. Her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Hamburg included stages at the Administrative Court, the Hamburg Port Authority, an international law firm and a notary’s office.
