Dr. Christoph Ludwig
Christoph Ludwig advises both national and international companies as well as the public sector regarding all matters of European law, administrative and public commercial law and constitutional law. His focus lies on procurement and state aid law as well as the revision of the European legal framework on energy (“Green New Deal”) regarding Green Hydrogen. He supports clients through legal expert opinions, drafting of (public-law) contracts and representation in both administrative and court procedures.
Christoph studied law at Bucerius Law School in Hamburg and at the University of Hong Kong. During his doctoral studies on foreign direct investments in Germany and the European Union, he taught in constitutional, administrative and European Union law. He completed his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Hamburg. His stages included the Administrative Court of Hamburg as well as Hengeler Mueller and Freshfields.
