Jonas Einfeldt advises national and international clients on all matters relating to commercial and corporate law. The focus of his work includes complex national and international M&A transactions and the structuring of joint ventures, particularly in the energy sector. 

Jonas studied law at the Georg-August-University of Göttingen. After completing his studies, he worked as a research assistant at Hogan Lovells in Hamburg (Corporate Law/Energy Law) and Gleiss Lutz in Düsseldorf (Public Law). Jonas also taught several tutorials on constitutional law and administrative law at Georg-August-University of Göttingen. Jonas completed his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Braunschweig including stages at the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Protection (Department for the Expansion of the Electricity Transmission Grid), Gleiss Lutz in Düsseldorf (Public Law), and A&O Shearman (Corporate/M&A) in Hamburg.
