Transaction Lawyer

Louica Unger

Louica Unger advises on transactions for national and international clients, particularly in the areas of finance/restructuring, energy and real estate. Her tasks include initial factual and legal research and analysis, the preparation and review of transaction and corporate documents, the coordination of and contribution to due diligence reviews as well as the preparation and support of transaction closings. In addition, she contributes to the firm's business development by conducting research on potential clients and preparing client presentations.

Louica studied Global Business Management at Regent's University London, majoring in Entrepreneurship and Strategic Management. In September 2021, she completed her LL.M. Law and Legal Practice at BPP University London with a Master's thesis on restructuring law.

Following her studies, Louica began her legal career at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP in London, where she worked in the litigation team on various international mandates. She also gained experience in the areas of Antitrust & Competition, Corporate Energy and Real Estate.
