Luise Stegemann
Luise Stegemann advises project developers, energy producers and investors in the field of renewable energies, in particular on/offshore wind, photovoltaics, geothermal energy, biomass and storage solutions.
The spectrum of her advisory work covers all issues relating to energy law. One focus is on advising at the interface between civil law and public law.
She supports her clients throughout the entire project cycle with a keen understanding of the economic framework conditions and practice-oriented solutions.
Luise Stegemann studied law and agricultural economics at the Georg August University in Göttingen. She was funded by the German National Academic Foundation. After successfully completing her studies, she worked for several months as a research assistant in the Hamburg office of a major international law firm in the Corporate/M&A department. She completed her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Schleswig-Holstein, including placements at the Schleswig-Holstein Ministry of the Environment, the Administrative Court, the German Embassy in Wellington and Chatham Partners.
