Merten Breisacher advises both national and international clients on financing issues. One focus is on issues relating to project and real estate financing. In addition, he assists clients with the financial restructuring of companies, with a focus on advising management in restructuring and crisis situations.

Merten studied law at Georg August University in Göttingen, specialising in private and public commercial law. After graduating, he worked as a research assistant in the field of capital market law. He completed his legal training at the Hanseatic Higher Regional Court in Hamburg, including placements at major international law firms in the areas of restructuring and insolvency as well as litigation.
