Mona Heinrich advises national and international investors, project developers, and the public sector on all aspects of real estate law.

A particular focus of her work is advising on transactions involving individual properties and real estate portfolios, as well as complex project developments and real estate joint ventures. She also works at the interface between private and public law aspects of real estate law. In addition, she assists clients in drafting and negotiating commercial lease agreements.

Mona studied law at the University of Hamburg. During her studies, she gained several years of practical experience in a medium-sized law firm. She then worked as a research assistant in the Hamburg office of a major international law firm in the Corporate/M&A department. Mona completed parts of her legal training at Freshfields in the M&A/Real Estate department, where she worked in both Hamburg and Amsterdam.
