Torge Humsi advises clients on corporate, project and real estate financings, in particular relating to renewable energies. The scope of his advisory services also includes the financial restructuring of companies and advising their management in the context of restructuring and crisis situations. In coordination with other financial and restructuring advisors, he supports clients in drafting and negotiating the necessary contracts and in their execution as well as in court proceedings.

Torge studied political science at the University of Hamburg (B.A. - Bachelor of Arts) and then went on to study law, with elective specializations in insolvency, foreclosure and credit protection law as well as private international law and international civil procedure law. After graduation, he worked as a research assistant in a small law firm. He served as a legal trainee at the Hanseatic Higher Regional Court in Hamburg, including positions in the IP and IT team of a medium-sized law firm, in the litigation team of a major international law firm and in a Hamburg notary's office.
