More …A particular focus of our Tax team lies in tax advice on complex transactions – especially in the field of renewable energies and real estate investments. We accompany clients throughout the entire transaction cycle: from the tax structuring of the investment, through the due diligence process, to the contractual implementation and post-deal integration. In addition, we advise our clients on the preparation of opinions, binding rulings and tax expert opinions as well as in judicial and extrajudicial proceedings with the tax authorities. Our clients are national and international companies, institutional investors, project developers as well as banks and financial service providers.

A broad range of tasks awaits you, offering diverse insights into the advisory practice of an internationally oriented industry. As a research assistant, you will support our Tax team in dealing with tax law issues in the context of complex transactions. This includes, in particular, researching and preparing tax law topics, contributing to the tax structuring of investments, supporting due diligence reviews and preparing memoranda and opinions. You will be closely involved in the ongoing client work and work directly with our professionals.
