Münchener Kommentar zum Wettbewerbsrecht – State Aid Section
The 4th edition of the Münchener Kommentars zum Wettbewerbsrecht, Volume 5, Beihilfenrecht (State Aid Law) is now available. Our EU / Competition team lead by Dr Marco Núñez Müller has contributed various chapters on State aid law to the new edition: Dr Marco Núñez Müller authored eight chapters, including the chapters on State guarantees and on various transport sectors (e.g. land and maritime transport), Miriam le Bell and Dr Christos Paraschiakos each co-authored two chapters.
