Alexander Willeke provides comprehensive advice to national and international clients on commercial and corporate law. His practice focuses on advising on complex M&A transactions and structuring joint ventures. Alexander also regularly advises on shareholder disputes and other corporate law matters. 

Prior to joining Chatham Partners, Alexander worked as a lawyer for a renowned law firm in Bremen, specialising in commercial and corporate law. Alexander Willeke studied law at the University of Bremen and Amsterdam, where he obtained his Master of Law (LL.M.). Alexander completed his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Oldenburg, including a placement in a special department of the Hamburg Public Prosecutor's Office and at an international corporate law firm specialising in corporate/M&A.
