Alexander Willeke, LL.M.
Alexander Willeke provides comprehensive advice to national and international clients on commercial and corporate law. His practice focuses on advising on complex M&A transactions and structuring joint ventures. Alexander also regularly advises on shareholder disputes and other corporate law matters.
Prior to joining Chatham Partners, Alexander worked as a lawyer for a renowned law firm in Bremen, specialising in commercial and corporate law. Alexander Willeke studied law at the universities of Bremen and Amsterdam; at the latter, he obtained his Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree. Alexander completed his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Oldenburg, including a placement in a special department of the Hamburg Public Prosecutor's Office and at an international corporate law firm specialising in corporate/M&A.
