Christian Hopf

Christian Hopf specialises in providing comprehensive real estate law advice on complex project developments. His expertise covers both the civil and public law challenges of property developments. Having advised on numerous significant urban development projects over several years, he has particular experience in negotiations between project developers, neighbours and municipal decision-makers. If it is not possible to find a solution that meets your interests at the negotiating table, Christian Hopf will defend your interests also before the civil and administrative courts.

The projects that Christian Hopf advises on benefit from his quick comprehension, creativity, and pragmatism. What our clients appreciate about Christian Hopf is that he also understands complex economic or technical contexts before legally assessing them and making a concrete recommendation for action. This way of working forms the basis for a high quality of advice and means that unnecessary frictional losses are avoided during project development.

This comprehensive consulting approach makes Christian Hopf the ideal partner for your project.

Christian Hopf has been working as a lawyer for Chatham Partners since 2018. He studied law at the Christian-Albrechts-University of Kiel.
