Senior Associate

Christian Hopf

Christian Hopf mainly advises national and international project developers and investors in connection with the acquisition and development of complex real estate. The focus of his work includes all questions of real estate law as well as public law, in particular construction and environmental law, and thus covers the entire "life cycle" of a real estate project.

Furthermore, Christian regularly advises on real estate transactions.

Christian studied law in Kiel. During his time as a research fellow at the Kiel Institute for Business and Tax Law, he dealt in particular with questions of public procurement and state aid law. He completed his legal clerkship in Kiel, Schleswig and Munich, including stages at the administrative court of Schleswig-Holstein and two commercial law firms. There, Christian gained practical experience in public construction law as well as in contract drafting and project-related legal advice.
