Christiane Stoehr
Christiane Stoehr advises national and international project developers, energy utilities and investors in the energy and real estate industry with a focus on project development (especially on- and offshore wind, solar project, geothermal, biomass, real estate projects) and complex real asset transaction. Her particular expertise lies in drafting contracts covering the project life cycle (especially construction contracts in renewable power plant engineering (EPC and other installation agreements), O&M contracts, service and maintenance agreements, supply agreements (e.g. turbine supply and installation agreements), component supply contracts as well as service contracts and land-use agreements). Currently, she is in training to become a FIDIC Adjudicator. She also worked for a large European energy supply company during her one-year client secondment.
After completing her legal studies in Münster, Christiane undertook her legal clerkship in Hamburg, this included seats at the German Embassy in Madrid, Spain and at various leading law firms. Prior to joining Chatham Partners, Christiane worked for Hapag-Lloyd with a focus on general contract law including in particular contractual damages claims. She is fluent in English and Spanish.
