Christiane Stoehr

Christiane Stoehr advises national and international project developers and investors related to the acquisition and development of complex real estate projects. A particular emphasis on her practice lays in the drafting and negotiating of commercial lease agreements and the consultation as part of real estate transactions. 

Further, Christiane advises regularly in the field of energy industry law (in particular wind onshore and offshore, solar). She also worked for a large European energy supply company during her six-month client secondment. 

After completing her legal studies in Münster, Christiane undertook her legal clerkship in Hamburg, this included seats at the German Embassy in Madrid, Spain and at a prominent German law firm. Prior to joining Chatham Partners, Christiane worked for Hapag-Lloyd with a focus on general contract law including in particular contractual damages claims.
