Fabian Motazedi, LL.M. (LSE)
Fabian Motazedi advises businesses, banks, credit institutions and investors in connection with corporate, real estate and other project financings. He has particular experience in the context of acute corporate crises and restructurings and regularly acts on behalf of (syndicated) creditors and borrowing companies. In addition, he focuses on advising management boards with regard to crisis-specific management duties and the avoidance of liability risks.
Fabian Motazedi studied law at Bucerius Law School in Hamburg and University of New South Wales in Sydney. After graduating, he worked as a research at Latham & Watkins and Hogan Lovells. Subsequently, he started his legal clerkship at the Hanseatic Higher Regional Court of Hamburg, including stages at Hogan Lovells and Chatham Partners. After completing his legal clerkship, he studied at the London School of Economics (LL.M. - Master of Laws) on a scholarship from the German Academic Exchange Service.
