Fabian Motazedi, LL.M. (LSE)

Fabian Motazedi advises national and international real estate investors and project developers on the development of complex properties as well as their acquisition and sale. His advisory activities cover all areas of real estate law and, thus, the entire life cycle of a property. He supports clients in negotiations in the course of ongoing project developments and transactions as well as in coordinating with involved authorities and in court proceedings.

Fabian Motazedi studied law at Bucerius Law School in Hamburg and University of New South Wales in Sydney. After graduating, he worked as a research assistant in restructuring law at Latham & Watkins and in real estate law at Hogan Lovells. Subsequently, he started his legal clerkship at the Hanseatic Higher Regional Court of Hamburg, including stages in the real estate departments of Hogan Lovells and Chatham Partners. After completing his legal clerkship, he studied at the London School of Economics (LL.M. - Master of Laws) on a scholarship from the German Academic Exchange Service.
