Julia Gallinger, LL.M.

Julia Gallinger works as a tax advisor in our firm. She advises family offices, institutional investors, strategic investors, and project developers on matters of domestic and international tax law in connection with domestic and cross-border M&A projects, as well as transactions in the real estate, energy, and infrastructure sectors. A key focus of her work is advising on the tax aspects of national and international tax planning and corporate (re)structuring. In addition, she advises on tax audits, tax-related (extra)judicial proceedings, and obtaining binding rulings.

Before joining Chatham Partners, Julia Gallinger worked for over seven years as a tax advisor at the Hamburg and London offices of Norton Rose Fulbright. Julia Gallinger began her career on the M&A tax team at KPMG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft AG.

Julia Gallinger studied business law at Rhein-Main University of Applied Sciences, where she earned an LL.M. In 2014, she passed her tax advisor examination and was admitted to the bar as a tax advisor in March 2015.

In addition to German, Julia is fluent in English.
