Max Groth

Max Groth advises domestic and international clients on all matters relating to commercial and corporate law as well as energy law. His advisory work focuses on complex M&A transactions and joint ventures in the renewable energy sector, particularly the acquisition and divestiture of wind, solar and storage projects.

Max Groth studied law at the University of Bremen. After successfully completing his studies, he worked as a research assistant in the Hamburg office of an international law firm in the energy and M&A department. Max Groth completed his legal clerkship (Referendariat) in Hamburg, including placements at the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs in Berlin (Department for the Expansion of Electricity Transmission Grid), at an international law firm in Madrid (Energy) and at Chatham Partners (Energy/M&A).
