• Documents with regard to capital measures such as capital increases, hybrid financing and debt capital;
• Restructuring documents e.g. for the transformation of the legal form, spin-offs, mergers;
• Corporate housekeeping documents such as resolutions required for changes to the articles of incorporation, shareholder meetings and/or agreements;
• Intercompany contracts such as profit transfer agreements or cash pool contracts or service provider contracts.

Already at an early stage you will have the opportunity to help shape our firm's processes at your own responsibility and will have room for personal and professional development.
