Federal government's draft laws on EEG, EnWG, WindSeeG published
Shortly before the Easter holidays, the Federal Cabinet passed the Easter Package, which it described as the "largest energy policy amendment in decades". In addition to extensive changes to the EEG, the WindSeeG, the EnWG and numerous other laws and ordinances are also being amended. Our presentation informs about the most important changes.
Despite the broad approval, there was some criticism from the business community and associations. The FDP parliamentary group is also calling for improvements, so changes are still to be expected. For some sectors, however, the Easter Bunny has hidden a few golden eggs in the almost 500 pages of the draft law. It is therefore worth taking a look at the summary.
