Insight into commercial tenancy law

Yesterday we had the opportunity to address current case law on rent reductions in a lunch break webinar. We focussed on the question of whether tenants are only obliged to pay a reduced rent due to pandemic-related closure orders. In this context, we looked at tenancy agreement provisions that are relevant in the assessment of each individual case.

We would like to thank all participants for their attention and are already looking forward to the next seminar, which we hope will again be held as a face-to-face event.
