Network operators and hydrogen - Regulatory limits through unbundling?

In their latest publication, our energy lawyers Felix Fischer and Dr. Sven-Hendrik Schulze have dealt with the restrictions that unbundling imposes on network operators with regard to the production of (renewable) hydrogen. According to this publication, network operators will probably be allowed to participate in the hydrogen market only within very narrow limits.
