New Equity Partner appointment

Chatham Partners is pleased to announce the expansion of its Equity Partnership from six to nine partners. This development marks another important milestone in the firm’s dynamic growth and reflects the sustained success of our practice.

Our new Equity Partners:

Jonna Kappler Fernandes brings deep expertise in German real estate law and has for many years successfully advised real estate investors, family offices and project developers on complex real estate transactions and lease structures.

Dr. Christos Paraschiakos is a recognised expert in EU and competition law. He advises investors, project developers and public authorities on complex matters relating to competition, state aid and public procurement law, as well as related areas of national and EU law – with a particular focus on the energy and infrastructure sectors.

Malte Bever advises national and international clients on M&A transactions and corporate law matters, with a particular focus on the acquisition, disposal and development of renewable energy projects – ranging from solar and wind to BESS and hydrogen projects.

Following the promotion of Marieke Lüdecke to the Equity Partnership last year, this further expansion underlines the continuous development of our firm. At the same time, it strengthens the close integration of our advisory practices in our core sectors of energy, infrastructure and real estate.
