Partner and Counsel appointments effective 1 July 2023

We are delighted to announce the appointment of Jonna Kappler Fernandes as Partner, Christiane Stoehr as Counsel and Malte Bever as Counsel effective from 1 July 2023!

Jonna joined Chatham Partners three and a half years ago, having previously worked for a major international law firm for nearly ten years. Since then, Jonna has become an integral part of the firm as a skilled advisor, excellent team player, and experienced mentor. Jonna advises on real estate law with a particular focus on complex real estate transactions and the negotiation of commercial leases. Her clients and colleagues particularly appreciate her productive work towards straightforward solutions to problems and her drive to achieve the maximum for her clients.

Christiane joined Chatham Partners five years ago and has since advised clients in both real estate and energy law. Her main focus is on contracts covering entire project development cycles. Recently, she has increasingly focused on project contracts and EPC contracts. During her time at Chatham Partners, Christiane also spent a one-year secondment at a major European energy company. We are extremely proud that Christiane has followed her entire previous career path with us.

Malte joined Chatham Partners in January 2023, bringing his experience from working in the corporate and M&A department of a major international law firm for more than five years. His focus is on the acquisition, divestment and development of renewable energy projects. Malte has become an integral part of our team within a very short time, which is why we are especially excited about his appointment as Counsel.
