Partner appointments effective 1 January 2026

We are delighted to announce three new partner appointments for the new year: Thomas Hinrichsen, Linn Lehne and Christiane Stoehr will be joining our team of partners with effect from 1 January 2026!

Christiane has been advising project developers, energy producers and investors on energy industry and real estate law at Chatham since 2018. Her focus is on project developments and complex asset transactions, with particular strength in the drafting and negotiation of project contracts. One focus is on land acquisition and construction contracts, where she can draw on her special expertise as a certified FIDIC adjudicator.

Thomas joined Chatham in 2021 and advises project developers, investors and plant operators on regulatory issues along the entire energy value chain, particularly in the areas of grid and energy market regulation. He regularly represents clients in regulatory and court proceedings and supports project developers and investors in complex projects in the field of renewable energies and system integration. Thomas also advises companies in the field of public infrastructure.

Linn joined Chatham in 2022 and specialises in real estate and energy projects. She assists project developers, institutional investors and family offices with the purchase and sale of real estate and energy projects and with the structuring of corresponding joint ventures. In addition to structuring complex transactions, her core areas of expertise include advising on securing land and lease agreements.
