We advised Sprinkenhof in the acquisition of the hereditary building right in Mittelweg 176-177
Sprinkenhof acquires the office building at Mittelweg 176-177. With payment of the purchase price on 31 March 2021 the transfer of economic ownership is thus completed. The office building, constructed in 1995, is situated in a prominent location between Hamburg Dammtor, the campus of the University of Hamburg and the Außenalster lake on a leasehold plot. Fully occupied by the University of Hamburg, its head office has been based in the leased space since 2012.
