We advised Peakside Capital Advisors on the transaction of the “Historisches Fernmeldeamt”

We have been advising Peakside Capital Advisors on the project development of the former Historic Telecommunications Office in Hamburg for a long time: Not only did we negotiate the 30-year lease agreement with the City of Hamburg, but also provided legal support for the creation of the new planning law and advised our client on the contracts for private building law. Now, we are pleased to announce that we have successfully advised Peakside Capital Advisors on the sale of this landmark building located in the heart of Hamburg’s Grindelviertel to Bayerische Versorgungskammer in the form of a share deal. Last friday, the foundation stone was laid. We congratulate on this important project milestone and are looking forward to the further project development for the conversion of the Telecommunications Office into a research and education location for the University of Hamburg.
